On my other machine with an MSI X570 Unify with a Realtek 2,5Gig Ethernet port I get transfer speeds of about 110MB/s. I reinstalled the drivers already and it doesn't change anything. Even tried the Wifi card on my Asus X570-E and it is still the same transfer speed.

The dedicated server has an upload speed of about 60Mbps, the 2008R2 VM gets about 5Mbit and the Linux VM gets a speed too low to measure, the test just reads 0.00Mbit.
