The reasons being that you will never get the true fine finish that is required and will usually get the finish that you have received. Personally, I would always with no exceptions 2 coat any room, wall or even drywall repair.

Web16 mei 2013 · The water quantity needed for multi seems to vary a fair bit, it seems as the bags get older the less water they take, just a guess but maybe powder picks up moisture from atmosphere esp if bags stored outside therefor taking less gauging water.
