Most track guys run a surge tank feeding twin 044's or a large single pump. 80lbs injectors will be close to 100% duty cycle with E85 & 500hp. I would suggest 1000lbs injectors. I use a -10 line between the tank and pump. Here's a pic of the 4 port regulator at the engine with the -6 line going in, and 3/8" stainless hard lines going to the carbs:
