WebRecently decommissioned my Enterprise (Constitution). Went to build a new one and Utopia Planitia won't let me because I have the "fed_hero_ship_con_decom" flag. I still had the NX Enterprise flying around but it wasn't available to decommission in the menu, so I disbanded it. No flagships left but still have the flag. Here are some screenshots:
