The CPU is paired with Noctua NH-D15 Chromax with dual fans. It's been suggested to try re-paste the heatsink before going AIO liquid and possibly having to change the case too. WebAll you need is a 5 pack of Arctic P12. Firstly, move the heatsink fan to the top pushing air towards your motherboard. Two intake fans below GPU, two exhaust fans at the top of the motherboard/PSU and an intake fan on the side bracket over the motherboard. You can remove the top dust filter because that'll just impede top exhaust fans' airflow.
